Dawn is the co-founder of ExecuTech Strategic Consulting. She brings over 18 years of Government acquisition and contracting experience supporting the Army, Navy, DOD and FAA where she was responsible for acquiring major command and control systems and networks throughout the Pacific theater and the CONUS. While supporting USPACOM, she was the principal acquisition authority in procuring the USPACOM command and control and Red Switches for the headquarters and component commands throughout the theater. While supporting the FAA, she was responsible for satellite services for many of the major programs.
As the Executive Vice President, ExecuTech, Dawn is responsible for effectively managing corporate operations to include achieving the company’s financial and quality goals. She is also responsible for implementing the company’s overall strategic vision and mission.
She is a member of AFCEA and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), is Acquisition Level III Certified and holds Professional Designations in Contract Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and Army Material Command.
