Department of the Navy (DoN) Customer Technical Representative (CTR) Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

ExecuTech’s Navy CTR BPA supports the Department of the Navy’s initiative in reducing the costs of acquiring CTR Support Services for the Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) by the application of a strategic sourcing solution. The Department of the Navy developed the acquisition strategy to enhance customer requirement fulfillment, improve the acquisition process, leverage department-wide purchasing power, and build vendor partnerships. Because ExecuTech’s Navy CTR BPA is awarded against its GSA Schedule 70 contract, the prices for any procurement issued against it are already negotiated and considered “fair and reasonable”. Your activity’s own contracting shop can simply write an order against the ExecuTech BPA.

ExecuTech CM professionals have extensive experience in this areas as demonstrated by the CM support we provide to Air Mobility Command, DISA DECC St. Louis, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the Army NETCOM. We are responsible for identifying, documenting, and verifying the functional, performance, and physical characteristics of systems in order to control changes and non-conformance as well as track actual configurations of systems and platforms. In support of DISA DECC St. Louis, we develop/maintain baseline configurations that provide a standard by which functionality, operability and troubleshooting are based. We proactively review hardware and software configurations against established baselines to ensure interoperability and reliable system performance on all our contracts that involve configuration management.Our processes and procedures include devising sound recommendations for solutions to issues and/or problems encountered in configuration management. This involves participation and/or input to Change Management Boards as appropriate as we do under our current DECC STL and Air Mobility Command (AMC) contracts to facilitate informed decisions to resolve issues or problems. ExecuTech’s hardware configuration management and control professionals have successfully handled the receipt and distribution of massive amounts of AMC equipment as well as implementing a functional inventory control and an accounts management system within AMC. We also vast experience managing software and documentation assets including detailed Operational Configuration Management Library in support of AMC programs. In support of Army NETCOM, we test and publish Army network and MS Windows Server standard configurations. We provide installation and operational configuration data and directions to army field units. We test and troubleshoot configurations of U.S. Army network enclaves and supported Microsoft Windows Servers.
Our vast experience includes IS, IA, and IT support we have provided for the last three years to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) and Air Mobility Command (AMC). In support of DTRA, we perform Security Tests and Evaluations (ST&E); provide accreditation reports and recommendations, and perform Independent Verification and Validations (IV&V) of IA security controls. We also participate on the DTRA Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) providing incident response and threat analysis services and are also responsible for vulnerability analyses utilizing network tools and tracking of those vulnerabilities until the system/network is 100% compliant. ExecuTech personnel perform Local Area Network/Wide Area Network support for DISA’s Defense Enterprise Computing Center in St. Louis Missouri (DECC STL) in support of Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) to include network operations and maintenance involving network administration, network storage management, all network connections and cabling. ExecuTech personnel have demonstrated experience with the information/support web page processes as evidenced by our current web support at AMC. We create and update multiple systems informational/support web pages (i.e., Advanced Computer Flight Plan (ACFP), Commercial Operations Integrated System (COINS), the Global Air Transportation Execution System (GATES), and the Global Decision Support System (GDSS).

Our marketing and media subject matter expert (SME) supporting National Defense University (NDU) has over 10 years of experience as an Army public affairs officer and a public relations officer for the FAA and Industry, leading and supporting external outreach and marketing programs for organizations, devising public relations and media relations communications campaigns and plans, and developing and implementing marketing and internal communications for the Department of Defense (DoD), federal agencies, and corporations.
Our speechwriting support involves a strict outline approach to ensure every message stays on target and is focused on each particular audience. PR activities have the constant focus of positive branding. Multimedia documentation development follows guidelines to ensure consistent results.We are well versed in both internal (employee and organizational communications), and external (public and media communications) in order to keep all appraised of organizational successes and achievements. We develop and successfully lead communications and external media outreach campaigns using the following methods: prepare numerous press releases (several have been published in external media publications), use Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn), electronic e-mail, written correspondence, video and photography, printed and online web media, chair Focus Groups, create surveys to measure employee feedback, and provide change and crisis communications management and more. We successfully use online, print, radio, and video public relations interviews resulting in printed articles, radio, video, and news exposure .

DHS EAGLE

Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading-Edge Solutions: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has established the EAGLE contract for IT services, systems and solutions. EAGLE is a quick, convenient, flexible, agency-wide contract vehicle to be utilized by DHS, its components and other agencies involved in homeland security-related activities. ExecuTech, in partnership with two EAGLE Prime companies provides services in three of the five EAGLE Functional Categories: Independent Verification and Validation, Infrastructure Design and Integration, and Operations and Maintenance.
